Terms of service

1. The service

NUTRIX AI helps you track what you eat, set nutrition targets and get meal plans, recipes and coaching suggestions, some of them generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Not medical advice

NUTRIX AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Its suggestions are general information and do not replace a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, live with a medical condition or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Who can use NUTRIX

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information, in particular about allergies and health.

4. Your account

Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you sign in with Google, your Google account protects access to NUTRIX. Tell us at support@nutrix-ai.com if you think your account has been misused.

5. AI-generated content

Plans, recipes, coach answers and photo analyses can contain mistakes. We apply your allergies and diets as strict rules, but always check ingredients and product labels yourself. You remain responsible for what you eat.

6. Plans and payments

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days by writing to support@nutrix-ai.com.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use NUTRIX for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or copy it by automated means.
• Do not share your account or resell the service.

8. Your content

What you enter and upload stays yours. You allow us to use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep NUTRIX available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly affects a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NUTRIX AI is not liable for indirect damage or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms significantly, we will tell you in the app before the changes apply.
